The homeowners of this luxurious modern home commissioned Dallas Design Group, Interiors, to refresh and recharge their Preston Hollow residence. Preston Hollow is a neighborhood situated in north Dallas, Texas. Designer Tracy Rasor along with design associates Christina Garcia and Chelsea Hargrave were tasked with this challenge.
They created a sleek modern design aesthetic and layered it with plenty of textures to infuse warmth. The spacious family room features a clean lined, floor-to-ceiling fireplace that adds a nice ambiance to the space. A u-shaped sectional provides plenty of seating for entertaining guests. The designers custom designed this sofa for the space. A custom built-in bar with a mounted television also offers additional entertainment space.
Throughout this elegantly appointed home, you will notice glamorous light fixtures, graphic patterned area rugs and stylish furnishings. The designers spared no expense in designing this home to create luxurious living spaces for the homeowners to enjoy living and entertaining in.
Another notable element that the designers have added into the design of this home is the accessories. This home has been well decorated with artifacts and paintings, adding personality to the spaces. Plenty of plush fabrics and pillows adds luxury and comfort, inviting you to relax.
What We Love: This luxurious modern home offers a refreshing sense of style that is both attractive and quite livable. We love all of the entertaining spaces this home has to offer. Although modern, the layering of textures and use of wood flooring and additional elements helps to add warmth to the home.
