To blend in with the surrounding neighborhood, the exterior facade of this dwelling has a midcentury flair, featuring a concealed garage door and sleek modern elements. An outdoor courtyard is accessed through a custom-fabricated, sculptural gateway. This nature-focused space boasts a babbling brook, beautiful landscaping, and a circulation pathway that leads to the front door.

Quality craftsmanship can be seen in the material palette used on the exterior of this home: handmade bricks and traditional Japanese Shou Sugi Ban siding. The exposed cross-laminated timber (CLT) roof extends throughout the main level. This structural and natural material offers a sense of tranquility and protection.

What We Love: This modern house in Utah boasts exterior materials are both rough and refined, offering incredible curb appeal. We love the front couryard entry of the home, with its soothing water feature that makes one feel instantly at peace.
