This award-winning residence boasts amazing curb appeal with its visually striking black-and-white color palette. When designing this home, the project team was presented with the challenge of creating a home that feels like a private oasis in the heart of a busy neighborhood.

Step inside this 2,700 square foot, three bedroom, three-and-a-half bath dwelling to find soaring double volume ceilings, and high-end modern furnishings. Voluminous ceilings and corner windows help to create a feeling of spaciousness. A grand staircase welcomes you into the interior, where an open layout floor plan sets the scene for entertaining.

What We Love: This Scandinavian modern farmhouse offers a highly livable design on a compact property, providing a sense of privacy despite its urban surroundings. We love that the existing trees on the site were preserved, creating a sense of intimacy for the home’s inhabitants. The dramatic use of black and white throughout the dwelling, along with the amazing backyard design, ties in nicely through the integration of expansive walls of glazing, creating a seamless see-through living area.
