A long driveway winds its way through the woods, promoting a feeling of tranquility from the moment of arrival. An auto-court flying canopy showcases intriguing architectural forms, windows, and materials, setting the tone for the exceptional beauty within. The landscaping is meticulously designed, with a pool and spa terrace boasting a subterranean drainage system, seamlessly harmonizing nature with refined craftsmanship.
The precision detail of this dwelling is truly spectacular, with specialized finishes and extensive walls of glazing. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the home bathe the interior with natural light while providing breathtaking views of Lake Minnetonka โ creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
What We Love: This magnificent home offers modern lakeside living at its finest surrounded by the beauty of nature. From its gorgeous curb appeal, the interiors are equally amazing with large walls of glass capturing the most breathtaking views of Lake Minnetonka. Our favorite design features include the glass-enclosed stairwell with its open riser stair system and the main bathroom with a soaking tub set in front of a large window with idyllic views, offering a sanctuary at the end of a long day.

The windows throughout this home were sourced from Marvin Windows & Doors.
The one-and-a-half-story windows in the great room invite natural light to flood the space.
The living room features a dual-sided fireplace. A custom plaster finish by artisan Darril Otto seamlessly flows from indoor to outdoor spaces, while the wood-clad ceilings add a hint of warmth throughout this magnificent house. The plaster is an attractive alternative to limestone and is also used in the adjoining sunroom.
This space is a private escape for the couple to enjoy from their daily life. Enclosed by mostly glass, an Australian walnut accent wall brings warmth into this space. Grounding the room is an alpaca area rug.
The sunroom is bookended by outdoor living spaces โ an outdoor kitchen on one side and a large deck that cantilevers over the hot tub terrace.
Above: The kitchen features Calacatta countertops. This material inspired the color palette of the home, featuring rift and quartered white oak floors that contrast with the darker hue of the fir ceilings.

Above: The lower level offers luxurious accommodations to host overnight guests. This includes three-bedroom suites, each with their own sitting area, large closets, and plenty of other amenities.

Step onto the cantilever deck that overlooks the opulent pool and hot tub, while an outdoor kitchen, conveniently situated near the main kitchen and sunroom, provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining and entertaining.
A crowโs nest on the third level offers a comfortable spot to embrace the picturesque lake views, from sunrise to sunset. This space is also used as a guest room when needed.
The backyard patio includes a lounge area with a fire table to enjoy the more temperate weather.
