KR Building together with KW Designs has completely transformed this gorgeous house with midcentury elements, situated on a desirable, family-friendly street in Solana Beach, California. The scope of this project entailed the complete overhaul of the family home that hints to the mid-century and runs with the California lifestyle.
The subway linear marble cut backsplash in the kitchen plays off the natural charcoal granite island countertop. Modern mid-century fixtures combined with clean high-gloss white and walnut cabinetry create a wonderful synergy. The indoor living space flows seamlessly to the outdoor space by utilizing natural materials; all while maintaining function and durability throughout.

What We Love: This Solana Beach house offers its inhabitants newly refreshed living spaces, both indoors and out. Crisp white walls help to keep spaces feeling light and airy. Stylish furnishings and accessories help to modernize this home, yet still offers an overall inviting atmosphere. NanaWall bi-fold glass doors fold away to blur indoor-outdoor boundaries, bringing in fresh breezes off the Pacific Ocean while promoting the quintessential California lifestyle.
