A Balboa Island House Where East Coast Tradition Meets West Coast Cool

traditional kitchen with a large island and pendant lights

This charming traditional seaboard house was designed by David R. Olson Architects together with Morrison Interiors, nestled in the heart of Balboa Island, a harborside community in Newport Beach, California. With proximity to restaurants and shopping and with the ocean as the backdrop, classic styling juxtaposes soft contemporary lines, creating the perfect balance for this project.

Inside this 2,714-square-foot dwelling, you will find numerous sweet details, exquisite lighting, and gorgeous tile and stone designs that add a surprising twist to the style we all know and love.
