A prime concern for the homeowners was to capture the breathtaking waterfront view. To achieve this, the project team integrated Euroline steel windows and doors with slender metal frames, allowing an abundance of glass to maximize the visual connection with the surroundings.

The steel doors adjoining the dining room and flanking the living room can be conveniently pocketed away, seamlessly extending the living space to the patio and courtyard when desired.

Upon entering the foyer, an element of surprise awaits as a wine room and bar, enclosed behind custom-built steel-framed doors, sets the tone for exclusive entertainment. Ingeniously hidden beneath the staircase lies a discrete entryway for the homeowner’s furry friends, cleverly disguised to resemble a custom-made HVAC register.

Beyond the foyer, a hidden oasis awaits in the form of the owner’s retreat, accessed through a pocketing door concealed with the same wainscoting found on the adjacent walls. Within this private sanctuary, the bedroom unfolds as an epitome of comfort and luxury, featuring a tranquil sitting area and a dual-sided fireplace.
