This historic home has lovingly undergone a full-scale renovation and addition by Crisp Architects, located in Litchfield, Connecticut. Old homes need good caretakers. As time passes, everything needs freshening up and to maintain modern livability, a renovation or addition is sometimes in order.
The architects were very excited when their clients moved into just that sort of home. In addition to restoring parts of the dweeling, they renovated and added, always in keeping with the original. The outcome perfectly accommodates the new owners’ lifestyle while harmoniously blending into the historic neighborhood. Now, the home stands as a testament to both its rich history and modern functionality.
