Timber Trails Homes together with Julie Howard Home Design has designed this elegant dream house that is located in Western Springs, Illinois. Inside this home, the project team shows how layers of lighting can create depth, dimension, and character in a new build. The cabinets throughout this stunning dwelling were designed by Exclusive Design Cabinetry.
This spec home took two years from conception to the last accessory placed. There are so many thoughtfully curated details throughout this residence. Take the tour below to get inspired!

What We Love: This elegant dream house showcases beautiful details throughout from the stylish furnishings to the mix of exquisite light fixtures. There is tons of inspiration in this home, especially in the kitchen with its stunning contrast of light countertops and dark cabinets. We are loving how this darker hue also got picked up in the study to create a moody and inviting aesthetic. Overall, the project team did a fabulous job of creating a warm and inviting home.
