Design-build firm Phillips Development along with Hudson + Bloum Design has designed this modern ski in/ski out house located in The Colony at White Pine Canyon in Park City, Utah. This desirable property features large pine trees, open meadows, and ski-in-ski-out access.
This home brings the outside in with a design to maximize unparalleled views. Throughout the interiors, you will find thoughtfully curate details with a material palette of steel, wood, and natural stone. This dwelling was constructed in a manner that respects the environment, using energy-efficient systems, details, and appliances throughout the design.
Above: The stone used on this gorgeous fireplace is Silver Travertine. On the mantel, the artwork is by black & white fine art photographer Allen Birnbach. On the floors are Russian white oak, wide plank flooring. A similar brand of flooring can be sourced through Carlisle Flooring. The walls are painted in SW 7029 Agreeable Gray — Sherwin-Williams.
What We Love: This gorgeous mountain modern ski house is sleek yet comfortable. Beautiful details can be found throughout this home, along with breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. A dream house for its inhabitants, this dwelling is loaded with texture and warmth, with inviting living spaces for entertaining family and friends. Overall, we are loving this home, it is the ultimate pad for those who are avid skiers.
