Brandon Architects in collaboration with Patterson Custom Homes has designed this gorgeous Cape Cod style house located on Lido Island in Newport Beach, California. Built on a constrained lot, this home was inspired by the quaint homes of Cape Cod style. On the interior you will find modern elements that includes an open floor layout and a two-way fireplace that can be enjoyed from both the living room and the patio, along with pocketing doors on either side of the fireplace that open up the main room with the beautiful outdoor living area space.
To maximize the limited footprint, this 2,205 square foot dwelling boasts such features as niche built-in dining room seating and an under-stair bar and wine closet. Upstairs, an outdoor patio from the master suite brings light into the largest bedroom in the house while providing another outdoor space to experience and enjoy the Southern Californian weather.
