This Moroccan-inspired home was designed by architect dasMOD in collaboration with interiors studio Handsome Salt located in Encinitas, a beach town in San Diego, California. The designer was given carte blanche on this project, opting for a colorful palette to create a one-of-a-kind living experience. On the exterior, the dramatic matte black provides a moody vibe, while the desert-like landscape enhances the drama.
Entitled ‘Casita Leu’, this project consists of 3,200 square feet of living space with four bedrooms plus an office and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Outdoors you will find an incredible swimming pool and spa along with a 700 square foot guest bungalow with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bungalow was original to the property and updated to host overnight guests.
