This stunning beach house inspired by coastal cottages in the Hamptons was designed by Eskuche Design Group along with City Homes, nestled on Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota. Providing a wonderful lakeside retreat from city living, the owners were seeking a timeless home that includes a look-out tower accessible via a luminous stairwell along with a bunk room and game room on the garret level.
Step inside this home to find living spaces designed with a beautiful nautical vibe — crisp white millwork, shiplap, and mixed metals that evoke the feeling of a historic Lake Minnetonka cottage. Family and friends will love all of the entertaining options offered in this home. This includes a golf simulator, a four-season porch accessed via a Marvin bifold door, and a beautiful bluestone patio with a gas fireplace.
What We Love: This Hamptons-inspired lake house offers family and friends an idyllic retreat for summer vacations in a peaceful setting. We are loving the overall aesthetics of this home, from the inviting outdoor patio with its lakefront views to the lookout tower with its fabulous entertaining spaces.
