What We Love: This Mediterranean-style home offers a beautifully appointed retreat for its owners to enjoy the fabulous Arizona weather during the winter months. Accordion doors were incorporated into the interior to expand living spaces and blur the boundaries between indoors and out. We are especially loving the living room with its casual, organic-inspired furnishings, hints of lavender, and a bright and airy feel.

The exterior of this home features a white stucco facade and a Spanish Mediterranean influence to create a sense of feeling welcomed from the moment of entry.
Entering this home, arched metal doors are accented on either side by two oversized olive trees. Natural wood materials for the foyer table, planters, and a chandelier create a casual feel, setting the tone for the rest of this stunning home.
Above: In lieu of artwork, the designer selected tall dark bronze lanterns to make a blank wall appear full. Repeated across the wall, they act as art in this living room space. If you wanted to copy this look in your own home, the designer suggests using neutral tones such as bronze, gold, black or white so it does not come off appearing too busy. Add flameless candles on a timer or remote control to bring warmth and ambiance to any room in your home.
