This timeless waterfront home was designed by Brickhouse Architects in collaboration with John Kraemer & Sons, nestled on Lake Minnetonka in Wayzata, Hennepin County, Minnesota. This lakefront home is all about classic, timeless design, featuring glass chandeliers, green accent pieces, and checkered ceramic tile that offsets rift-cut white oak floors throughout.
The homeowners are a globe-trotting couple who wished to have a home where they could kick off their shoes and relax upon arrival. Relaxation was key for the design of this home, however since the owners love to entertain just as often as they travel, the design also needed to accommodate for hosting in style.
