This stunning modern villa was designed by LF91 Architecture, nested in Pollensa, one of the most beautiful towns on the island of Mallorca, Spain. Set in the exclusive neighborhood of Alfabaguera, just a few meters from the sea, where the authentic seaside atmosphere can be inhaled.
The architects have taken care of giving this project life, always trying to preserve the Mediterranean essence of the area, but giving strength to a modern and different style, so that its owners can enjoy this second residence on the island.
Inside, diaphanous and clean spaces combined with warm furniture and neutral colors are found, with the exception of the sideboard and pieces of art that accompany the decoration, which breaks the line and adds a touch of color to the rest of the house.
This project, containing natural Zarci stone and Iroko wood, has been perfectly integrated into its surroundings without leaving anyone who observes it indifferent, both for its exterior architecture, as much as for the great interior design work that the architects have carried from beginning to end.
What We Love: This modern villa offers a bright and airy atmosphere surrounded by the tranquility of island living. We are loving the indoor-outdoor connection of this home and the expansive patio and swimming pool with its jaw-dropping views. Living spaces are casual yet sophisticated, modern yet inviting. Overall, the architects did a fabulous job of creating a home that is the perfect Mediterranean escape.

From the outside harmonic and mathematical lines can be seen in its facade, with neutral tones and sandy colors, which are combined with spacious terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, where an infinity pool and luxury furniture are placed intended for enjoying the best of summer days.
