A semi-open floor plan greets you as you enter this home. This entry foyer showcases n exquisite custom staircase that leads to the second level, a custom entry table and a view of the family room and kitchen down the hall. The blue themed dining room is designated by floor to ceiling columns.

Above: The walls of the dining room feature 7-foot high wainscoting accented by blue flamestitch wallcovering. A custom walnut dining table has a brass base. Around the table is leather side chairs and blue velvet captain’s chairs. Suspended from the tray ceiling is a brass and glass Sputnik light fixture.

What We Love: A showcase of transitional elegance, this stylish home in Los Angeles offers comfortable and inviting living spaces throughout. The designers did a fabulous job of creating decadent interiors through custom details and selecting beautiful furnishings and finishes. Overall we think the project team created a beautiful home that is warm, welcoming, and timeless in its design aesthetic.

Above: The focal point of this room is the floor-to-ceiling marble fireplace surround, flanked by custom white bookshelves on either side. A custom gray sectional provides the perfect spot to watch TV or read. The television is recessed into the fireplace wall allowing no protrusion from the fireplace. 

Above: This industrial modern kitchen boasts plenty of fabulous custom details. Custom white cabinetry and a blue center island create a serene and beautiful kitchen. The custom open-backed upper cabinetry allows for the beautiful hand-glazed metallic tiles to pop. Walnut flooring and stainless steel Thermador appliances further the industrial aesthetic. The countertops are Caesarstone quartz.

On the countertops are a stone look Krion solid surface material, providing a simple clean-up and a luxurious aesthetic.

A floor-to-ceiling stacked stone fireplace provides the perfect spot to mount the TV. Set in front of the fireplace is an inviting sectional for lounging with family and friends.

Above: A large backyard swimming pool is covered with a screened enclosure. Fire cauldrons add interest to the waterfall features. A cozy patio seating area just off of the family room brings indoor entertaining effortlessly to the outdoors. The outdoor chairs are swivel.
