This stunning two-story modern home was designed by Carney Logan Burke Architects, located in Park City, Utah. The home encompasses 3,700 square feet of sumptuous living space, along with a 600 square foot garage. The interior flooring is comprised of concrete throughout, which is cool underfoot in the hot summer months. Wood is used on the staircase and clad on the ceiling on the upstairs level, adding warmth to the home. Wood is also repeated to the exterior of the home, as well as Corten steel, creating a very inviting place to call home.
What We Love: This incredible property in Utah offers a rustic aesthetic from the exterior that is visually warm and inviting. The interior is just as fantastic, offering an open and airy floor plan with clean lines and attractive details throughout. The heavy use of wood on the interior infuses warmth into the modern design, creating a welcoming ambiance… Readers, what are your overall thoughts on the design of this home?
