Black Bear Builders is responsible for this backyard makeover project of a Mediterranean home, located in San Mateo County, California. The scope of this project entailed the addition of a brand new, 300 square foot pool house. This space consists of a stylish kitchen, seating area and a full bathroom.
This fabulous project also encompasses a full hardscape remodel. This entailed the following: paver patios and walkways, retaining walls, a built-in seating area, new parking location, fire pit, hidden pool cover, outdoor kitchen, large pergola, outdoor heaters, private outdoor shower, fencing, exterior door install at the main house and brand new outdoor lighting.
What We Love: This stunning backyard makeover a cozy backyard space with an expansive swimming pool and comfortable seating areas. A fire pit is a favorite pastime for outdoor entertaining, offering a cozy spot to enjoy hours of fun with guests. While downcast wall lights, lanterns and spotlights in the trees helps to create a magical evening ambiance.
