The homeowners primary residence is in Chicago, they were looking to have a comfortable Florida vacation home as an escape from their busy city lives. Their desire was to have a home that reflected their traditional aesthetic, married with a coastal, clean flair.
Colorful artwork, black iron details and whimsy textiles graces the interiors, creating a simplistic drama in this serene space. The floor plan was completely reconfigured to highlight the jaw dropping ocean views from every vantage point.
