This spectacular oceanfront home was designed by CLF Architects with interiors by Dunagan Diverio Design Group, located on the Venetian Islands, in Miami Beach, Florida. The islands are a chain of man-made islands in Biscayne Bay, running west to east. This unique beach house was constructed on a rare double-lot on Di Lido Island. This two-story dream was brought to life by maximizing views throughout the home.
Although this home features modern, clean lines, the material palette selection helps to infuse warmth. The project goal for the design team was to create a true indoor-outdoor Miami lifestyle. The designers worked in close collaboration with Boffi, a luxury Italian manufacturer. This included the integration of a customized modular kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom closet, producing a high end contemporary aesthetic.

Adding warmth to the spaces are the beautiful furnishings and decorative lighting used throughout the interiors of this home. Luxury Italian furniture manufacturer Henge was responsible for the custom pieces. The design team also crafted furniture pieces into custom wall paneling, creating functional pieces that melds into the home.
What We Love: This oceanfront features a spectacular open layout with modern aesthetics and warm textures. A melding of modern design, materials and a layering of textures helps to soften the sleek lines, infusing home and enhancing the mesmerizing vistas. There is a fantastic indoor-outdoor connection that is quintessential Miami living… and we love it!
