Above: This multi-award winning kitchen was remodeled to take advantage of the picturesque lake views and to maximize the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that Florida has to offer. The kitchen also needed to be child-friendly, hence the high luster cabinetry finish. It is easily wipeable yet has a sleek aesthetic.
The flooring selection was another key consideration, which also needed to be simple to maintain. The designer selected limestone, for its durable, clean aesthetic.

Above: Notice the rear wall of the kitchen, it features frosted glass. This is to lend privacy to the homeowners from a nearby neighbor, while still emitting natural light. It also adds a unique focal point to the space. In keeping with the clean lines, the designer added a down draft vent instead of a more visually dominant range hood.
Above: The dining chairs are covered in a satin-like, plastic textile, easily wipeable yet visually pleasing.
Above: The kitchen area extends out to a summer kitchen via expansive pocketing pass-through windows. This is the perfect spot for entertaining guests. A highlight to this outdoor lanai is the retractable screens that are built-in to keep the bugs at bay. Impressively, the screens can also contain 90% of the air-conditioned air!
Above: The living room showcases clean lines and beautiful details such as the stone clad fireplace/media wall. Floor-to-ceiling glass disappears into the wall, blurring the lines between indoors and out. The wall color is Benjamin Moore Dove Wing.
