This stunning modern farmhouse style home was designed by Boswell Construction in collaboration with Sharon Taftian Interior Design, located in Brentwood, California. The design team worked together to envision this home from the ground up, taking 14 months to complete.
Encompassing just under 6,000 square feet of living space, this home was designed using high end materials sparingly. Luxurious materials and finishes were a key part in obtaining the luxury that the clients desired in this home. All walls throughout were painted white, helping keep the spaces feeling bright and airy.
We have featured another home tour by Boswell Construction here on 1 Kindesign, have a look: Two-story contemporary pad in LA: Oakwood Residence.
What We Love: This beautiful modern farmhouse style residence features bright and airy spaces with a simple color palette. Design selections seem to give a touch of glam to this home, while the selection of wood flooring adds warmth. We love the kitchen, with soft grays and whites, it feels very soothing. The serene master bath looks heavenly and the master bedroom with French doors and private balcony…sumptuous!
