The owners of this Greenwich home have a fashion design industry background, and their input helped us to combine beautiful styling with everyday function to create their dream home, perfectly customized to their personality and needs. With two young children, this home needed to be as practical as it is beautiful.
Capture Attention With the Exterior
The exterior is meant to be warm and inviting. And the details combine with colors and materials in a way that encourages a pause to soak in the view. The remodel included a new cedar shake roof, copper gutters, a new turret, new railings on the outside of the home, new windows and doors, a second-floor outdoor patio, a bluestone porch patio, new steps, and a section to connect the children’s wings to the master bedroom.
A Great Room to Talk About
The homeowners love to entertain, and so a space for visiting was crucial. The great room allows function to meet form yet again with its tall ceilings, exquisite trim, a central fireplace, and plenty of natural light.
The result is a room that’s inviting and open with plenty of space for multiple easy conversations.

The kitchen combines gleaming countertops with bright colors and clean lines. It’s a beautiful, energizing place, but it’s also a utilitarian room where meals and snacks need to be prepared.
Because of this, the kitchen includes ample counter space and wiggle room for antsy kids or talkative guests.

Relaxing Bathrooms
The effort in acquiring the materials for the bathrooms was great, but the relaxing feel they provide makes the hard work worth it. The marble in the master bathroom was hand selected from Italy, chosen by a special fabricator. Custom-fabricated, it creates a beautiful, smooth interior that exudes style and class.
A guest bathroom incorporates a rich flooring made of teak, a dense, water-resistant material that works perfectly in a wet environment like a bathroom.
The entire home, from top to bottom and inside to outside, is custom designed for style and comfort as you can see in the images above and below.
