Designed by Cioffi Architect, this stunning mid-century modern home is ideally located in the Las Palmas Heights neighborhood of Palm Springs, California. This modern structure reflects indoor-outdoor living areas that are perfect for entertaining guests. Highlights includes expansive retractable glass doors and dramatic dual-sided fireplace in the living room and outdoor living area.

There is also a fantastic chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and a gallery area that surrounds the great room. Additionally, there is a guest house on the property, ideal to hosts weekend guests. The home was designed to maximize the views of the mountains and canyons as well as the incredible outdoor living areas of the pool and spa. The homeowners are both artists, as well as avid art collectors. Around their home, you will find works of art from their fellow artist community.

The homeowners designed and furnished the interiors of their property themselves. They brought in contemporary furnishings from their previous residence to integrate into the design—they previously lived in a barn conversion in Pennsylvania.

What We Love: This mid-century modern home features light-filled spaces and a wonderful indoor-outdoor connection. The surrounding setting is spectacular, with the desert landscape and mountains in the distance. The outdoor living spaces offer plenty of room for entertaining. The clean lines of the property offers the perfect backdrop to highlight the homeowners unique art collections.

They face the swimming pool and have simple floorplans that mimic each other.
