A London loft delights the senses with industrial-retro details

London Loft-01-1 Kindesign

This fabulous bright and airy apartment showcases an interesting mix of industrial and retro elements, located in London, England, United Kingdom. Comprised of 1,200 square feet of living space characterized by soaring concrete ceilings and an expansive window wall, flooding the interiors with natural light. A spacious, open floor plan that includes a mezzanine level which houses the master bedroom, this home is a treat for the eyes. There are plenty of notable features, including preserved wood flooring that has been given a fresh coat of white paint, eye-catching patterned tiling in the kitchen covering the flooring and backsplash as well as a beautiful yellow pattern in the bathroom. Stained glass interior doors and windows adds a stylish look to plain white walls. An eclectic mix of furnishings, artwork and unique light fixtures completes the look of this cool loft space. One interesting thing we noticed was the kitchen space, it is very pared down and could use some more functional cabinetry space. Other than that, this is a unique space worthy of a tour! What do you think?

What We Love: The eclectic aesthetic is very fun and playful against a simple color palette. Giving the bedroom its own separate space on the mezzanine level creates a nice private oasis that adds a unique touch!
