Clean lines and surfaces will draw you in to the front door through a cavernous approach. Upon entering the front doorway touch the “Earth” and feel the white ledge stone walls, smooth stucco finish ledges, integrated wood detail and notice “Water” in the water feature beneath your feet.  Pass through the front doorway and witness the open concept living, dining and kitchen areas with sunlight shining through from the numerous floor to ceiling windows.

While indoors you are still reminded of natural flowing water as seen in the glass bottom floors by the stairway and kitchen areas integrated with the white stone tile floor – you are walking, eating and relaxing on water.  The high ceiling and floor to ceiling windows offer sunlight spilling in and reflecting off the floor.

This is the definition of “McMansion.” Virtually every photo shows clearly how way too much house is jammed onto this small lot. The house is completely out of scale with everything around it. I’d be fuming if I were one of the neighbors.

I honestly don’t understand how anyone could think this is good design. Every view you have from the house is of a neighbor’s wall or roof. It’s claustrophobic. I just don’t get who buys these things. I guess people do, but I for one drive past these things and just think: “A*****e.”
