Small Master Bedroom Ideas-00-1 Kindesign

When designing a small master bedroom, it forces us to be more creative, since there are fewer options for furniture placement and accessorizing your space. Small bedrooms can be difficult to design for, especially if you are not wishing for symmetry or the matchy-matchy aesthetic. So we have gathered together a collection of master bedroom retreats that will help you get inspired on your own bedroom design. Have a look below for some great tips and ideas!

Tip: In a small bedroom, you may have no other choice but to place your bed in front of a window. If this is the case, consider creating a nice focal point with your headboard and window treatments. A bed in front of the window can look fantastic, as long as the headboard does not block the entire window — try to keep to centered.

Don’t Miss: Have a look at some other inspiring bedroom collections we have featured here on 1 Kindesign: 60 Unbelievably inspiring small bedroom design ideas and 46 Amazing tiny bedrooms you’ll dream of sleeping in.

Thanks for actually showing small master bedrooms. Before yours, all of the “small bedrooms” were 2x’s, 3x’s bigger than mine. I’ll be telling my friends & most of the mother’s on my cul de sac to check out this sight, so helpful! I’ve saved it & know I’ll be using this for ideas, for years to come. You did a great job & went beyond paint & furniture!!!
Thanks, I would love to see more ideas & examples. Could you please do Small bathrooms 😉?
