Let us first start by saying, that we have major vacation house envy after reviewing this place… read on and look through the images to see what we are talking about! This fabulous modern vacation pad nestled on a marina features breathtaking Pacific bay views, designed by architecture studio Ezequiel Farca, located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

The design of this 32,292-square-foot dream home was driven by the site, with the need to maximize the amazing ocean views that surround the property along with the family’s privacy needs. To fulfill this requirement, extensive floor-to-ceiling windows were balanced with walls for privacy, allowing maximum light penetration into the interiors.

Spread out over two levels, the first level contains the main living spaces, while the second level houses the private living zones. The dwelling provides everything one could dream of in a vacation home: a fitness facility, home movie theater, a swimming pool terrace, two jacuzzis, a sunken fire pit, eight bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and plenty of other multi-functional spaces for entertaining friends and family to enjoy great conversation both inside and out.

All of the rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, all opening onto their private terraces, a luxury afforded by the perfect climate conditions of this Mexican hot spot.

The structure is comprised of natural stone and concrete walls, which not only create fresh spaces but provide passive cooling during the region’s warmer months. The style of the home reflects a 1950s modernism, which is infused with warmth by the addition of earthy materials and finishes, including board-formed concrete, green walls, and custom-designed furnishings comprised of walnut.

Furnishings and ornamentation were selected and designed to assimilate with the architecture. Colors and linens help to add warmth and relaxation, while custom-designed furniture pieces lend a nod to mid-century design, complimented by select vintage elements that can be seen interlaced throughout.
