This gorgeous coastal retreat, located in Southampton, New York, was designed by Larson Architecture Works in collaboration with Terri Ricci Interiors. To enhance the vacation home’s cottage appeal, the architect modified the proportions of the windows and roofline, overscaling the details to create a more compact appearance.
The owners desired the interiors of their home to exude an open, airy feel, complemented by a sophisticated palette and charming details inspired by their years of living overseas in England. Continue below to see more of this beautiful four-bedroom home designed as a summer vacation home for the owner’s blended family.

What We Love: This beautiful coastal retreat provides a family with a wonderful gathering spot to make lasting memories. The project team did a fabulous job of creating a warm and welcoming home, from the light-filled kitchen for cooking, baking, and quality time together. The open, airy living room invites relaxation, while the cozy bedrooms provide restful retreats. We also love the screened-in porch for time spent enjoying the great outdoors, sheltered from the sun and pesky bugs.
