Outdoor spaces focus on lifestyle and wellness. A putting green and private pickleball court offer space for recreation and friendly competition, while the pool and surrounding deck are designed for both quiet afternoons and lively gatherings. A built-in fire pit becomes a natural anchor for the outdoor area, extending the livability of the space well into the evening.

A Grand Living Space Designed for Gathering

Open-plan living and dining room with wood-plank ceiling, large sliding glass doors opening to a pool and mountain view

At the heart of the home lies a grand living and dining space, designed to be the center of daily life. High ceilings and beautiful framing windows make it ideal for hosting, without making the space feel too excessive.

For the interior design scheme, the owners were drawn to clean, minimalist sensibilities, and the designer elevated that vision with a layered approach: soft textures, natural finishes, and a palette inspired by the desert sun and pink-toned soil. The result is a sophisticated yet welcoming home—one that reflects the landscape, honors the owner’s aesthetic, and offers space for rest, connection, and sunlit celebration.

What We Love About This Home

What we love most about this home is how effortlessly it blurs the line between indoors and out. The large sliding glass doors, wood-plank ceilings, and natural stone create a seamless flow that feels more like a resort than a residence. The interiors are minimalist in structure yet rich in texture, with desert-toned fabrics, organic materials, and artful details that make every room perfect for entertaining. From the slatted kitchen island to the boulder water feature in the courtyard, every element was chosen with intention, grounding the home in its landscape while keeping it warm and inviting.

A Flexible Den for Family Gathering

Just off the main space, the owners requested a flexible den that would act as a creative retreat for the family: a place to play music, unwind, or just spend time together away from the main flow of the house. Each room was thoughtfully laid out to serve a purpose, with movement, connection, and versatility top of mind. Even with its size, the home was designed to feel intimate and considered.
