Exterior & Curb Appeal
The home’s symmetrical colonial facade is anchored by a bold black front door with a brass lion knocker, flanked by sidelights and framed by white columns supporting a Juliette balcony above. Stone chimneys rise at either end of the roofline, and rows of black-shuttered dormers complete the classic silhouette. At dusk, with the Wasatch Mountains rising in the background and warm light glowing from every window, the effect is nothing short of magnificent. A circular driveway with manicured landscaping, boxwood hedges, and flowering beds complete the picture-perfect arrival experience.

Foyer & Entertaining Spaces
Inside, the foyer sets an elegant tone with a curved staircase dressed in a patterned carpet runner, crisp wainscoting, and a gold geometric pendant light. The open main floor flows from the dining room, anchored by a long bleached wood table, cane chairs, blue plaid wingback hosts, and a brass lantern pendant, directly into the kitchen and living spaces, making this home ideal for both everyday family life and large-scale entertaining.

Kitchen & Pantry
The kitchen is the heart of this home and one of its greatest showstoppers. A monumental space with coffered ceilings, it features white perimeter cabinetry, a large bleached oak island topped with white quartz, and a trio of brass statement globe pendants. The star of the show is the blue La Cornue range nestled beneath a plaster hood, flanked by open oak shelving on brass brackets and a marble slab backsplash.

The walk-in pantry features floor-to-ceiling shelving with a rolling library ladder, and a built-in desk nook with blue polka dot wallpaper provides plenty of function.

Living Room
The living room features layered, livable elegance. A white marble fireplace serves as the focal point, topped with a framed piece of ocean artwork and flanked by built-in shelving with oak accents. A built-in window seat with storage provides a cozy reading spot.

Mudroom & Laundry
The mudroom is a standout space, painted in a soft blue-gray with louvered cabinet doors, brass hardware, globe pendants, and a bold gray-and-white checkered tile floor that gives it an almost French country feel. The spacious laundry room is equally well-appointed, with white cabinetry featuring decorative cutout details, open shelving, a patterned cement tile floor, and a separate craft nook complete with a wrapping paper rack, cane chair, and soft pink cabinetry.

Owner’s Suite & Bathrooms
The owner’s bathroom is a serene retreat with dual vanities, a center makeup table with a velvet stool, round gold-framed mirrors, and marble tile floors.

The powder room makes a bold statement with floor-to-ceiling black and white floral wallpaper, a chrome console sink with marble top, and an arched gold mirror.

A children’s bathroom features a navy vanity with brass fittings, blue toile wallpaper, and a graphic hex tile floor.

Lower Level
The lower level of this home is designed for active family living. A sleek basement kitchenette with dark gray cabinetry, a stainless steel range, and a reclaimed wood bar table with black rattan stools creates a perfect hangout space.

A well-equipped home gym includes a power rack, a spin bike, and a treadmill. Most impressively, a full indoor basketball court with a hardwood floor, glass backboards, padded walls, and even a climbing wall ensures the whole family stays active year-round.

Outdoor Living
The backyard is an entertainer’s dream. A large pool takes center stage, surrounded by a stone patio with a fire pit lounge, alfresco dining area, and an outdoor bar. Bistro lights add evening ambiance. This outdoor oasis also includes a pool house, clad in cedar siding and featuring a cupola. This space houses an additional kitchen and bar seating. A covered side porch with gas lanterns offers an idyllic spot to soak in the mountain views.
