The Kitchen, Family Room, and rear Screened Porch with a fireplace are set back from the street, extend deep into the lot, and are surrounded by stunning gardens and walkways. The Dining Room has French doors that open out onto a covered porch and a trellised alfresco dining area.
This home was crafted for a young, busy, growing family, featuring a spacious mudroom that comes complete with cubbies and baskets, along with an open office work area just off the kitchen, which is private yet connected and open.
Just off the Foyer, the architect designed an intimate Study, reminiscent of Parlor rooms of old, in place of a large Living Room.
