The owners dreamed of a remote getaway—a weekend retreat to absorb the natural beauty of northern Minnesota in a modern cabin. Framed in mature trees, a protected wetland, and perched on a ridge overlooking Thunder Lake, this architectural gem offers a tranquil escape unlike any other.
Composed of four interconnected pavilions that straddle a glacial ridge, the home integrates seamlessly into its environment through the use of reclaimed wood and locally sourced stone.
