Brandon Architects in collaboration with Denise Morrison Interiors has designed this contemporary home nestled in the foothills outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. Spread over a single level, this spacious 6,804-square-foot, five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home boasts tremendous views of the desert through its floor-to-ceiling walls of glazing.

While it provides panoramic views of the entire Las Vegas Valley, including the entire Vegas Strip, mountains, desert, and surrounding communities, there were several challenges to maximize these potential views. The entry of this dwelling is oriented and centered to perfectly frame the entire Strip, achieved through sliding glass doors and walls.

Circulation was developed carefully around this entry moment; the guest first encounters a meandering boulder path that takes them across the front yard, a gated courtyard complete with a specimen tree and water feature, and a floating trellis structure that frames an outdoor living space adjacent to the swimming pool, capturing reflections from the Strip at night.

What We Love: This beautifully designed home is positioned on its site to take advantage of the expansive views of the Vegas Strip. Walls of glazing help to perfectly capture these views, while also providing a wonderful indoor-outdoor connection. From the outset, the architect created amazing curb appeal, while on the interior, the designer did a fabulous job selecting a neutral color palette to complement the desert surroundings.
