This recently remodeled house is nestled in a rural enclave in Orange County, known as Trabuco Canyon. The residence blends the best of farmhouse vintage style with fresh contemporary flair.
Known as the Trabuco Farmhouse, the home’s interior design boasts rustic oak hardwood floors throughout, beamed ceilings, bare bulb fixture lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a kitchen with stunning green cabinetry, natural stone countertops, and vintage tile. Above: Nestled away amid the Trabuco Canyon trees, the board and batten siding are painted using Dunn-Edwards paint. The windows were sourced from WinDor Systems.
The exterior is replete with a pond, massive oak trees, luscious planting, and magnificent hillside views in every direction. All in all, this Farmhouse is beautifully unique and quite unexpected in bustling Orange County, California.
What We Love: This California modern farmhouse is a visual feast inside and outside, where every detail is exquisite. Set against a breathtaking backdrop of rolling hills, lush landscaping, and endless vistas on the exterior with warm yet current furnishings and decor found on the inside — we are just loving everything about this home. The project team did a fabulous job of transforming this home into a true dream home.
