This modern rustic villa was designed by Defining Home Design Group together with Sean Anderson Design, situated in Vestavia Hills, a suburb of Birmingham, Alabama. For the design of this home, the designer combined the owner’s style tastes — the wife desired bright, white living spaces, while the husband preferred a more natural, outdoorsy aesthetic.
The result is a harmonious blend of contemporary elegance and rustic charm, creating a truly unique and inviting atmosphere. Continue below to see the rest of this gorgeous home tour…

What We Love: This “modern rustic villa”, as the interior designer affectionally calls this masterpiece, is beautiful both inside and out. We love how the designer infused the homeowner’s different styles together to create a light and airy home that is inspired by nature. The mix of designer pieces with vintage finds adds character and personality throughout the living spaces. Overall, a warm and inviting home that feels like a peaceful oasis.
