MA Peterson Designbuild together with Brown Cow Design has beautifully renovated this 100-year-old home located in Tangletown, a neighborhood in the Southwest community of Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was significant to the homeowners that the remodel didn’t feel “brand new” but instead relished in its historic charm while bringing forth a modern layout.

From daytime warmth to nighttime sophistication, this dwelling features exquisitely restored barnwood flooring, handcrafted kitchen tiles, a no-mortar fireplace encompassing the wall, and so much more. Take the tour of the rest of this gorgeous home renovation project below…

Crowning the fireplace is ledge stone, complementing the European-inspired aesthetic of the residence. The overhead Dressage Round Chandelier designed by Suzanne Kasler was sourced from Visual Comfort & Co.

Well done. Beautifully done. Warm and logical. I like the addition of the floor plan and drawings with furniture. Helps with the visualization of the flow which is often overlooked.
