The homeowners’ vision centered around fluid entertaining spaces that are formal yet fun and approachable. Above: In the living room, the leather chairs were sourced from Scott & Cooner. The dual-sided fireplace is cast stone, which views into the dining room. The chandelier is the Erika Chandelier by Circa Lighting. Grounding this space, the patterned area rug is from Global Views. The walls are painted in SW 7014 Eider White – Sherwin-Williams, while the trim color is SW 7004 Snowbound.
This dedicated dining room is the heart of the home which connects to the den, a butler’s prep area, along with an enclosed wine cellar. This elegant space brings family and friends together to celebrate good food and wine along with lively conversation. The dining table and chairs are from Cantoni, while the chandelier is by Eurofase. The floors are a custom hand-scraped white oak in a herringbone pattern.
