This 100-year-old house is the personal family home of interior designer Kate Marker Interiors, located in Barrington, a suburban village in Cook County, Illinois. Completely transformed, this fabulous contemporary dwelling is loaded with warmth and texture.

Wow, just wow! Well done. This is one of the best designed homes I have seen. It’s unique with special touches but isn’t pretentious. I want to live here!!
