This stunning mountain home was designed by Locati Architects located in The Yellowstone Club, a private residential club, ski resort, and golf resort located in Madison County, just west of Big Sky, Montana. Nestled slopeside, this ski-in/ski-out dwelling is just a few feet away from the main ski run.
The residence features solar panels on the roof and Tesla Powerwall backup batteries. The homeowners were focused on maximizing the energy efficiency of their home, integrating very high-quality light fixtures and bulbs to greatly reduce the electricity used. The double-volume glazed link between the home and the ski room features a glass roof and facade.
