Dream Home Tour: Coastal style residence with luxury details in Florida

This gorgeous coastal-style residence was designed by Divco Custom Homes in collaboration with Design West, located in the luxurious Grey Oaks community of Naples, Florida. For this custom design, the owners’ competing personal styles of traditional and contemporary were combined to create this warm and vibrant transitional estate.

By selecting neutral and classic background materials for flooring, cabinetry finishes, and bath tiles, the project team was able to incorporate fun pops of color with accent paint, exciting fabric choices, patterned wallcovering, and carefully curated artwork and accessories. Each space in this dwelling has its own personality but thoughtfully blends with the rest of the home as one cohesive design.

What We Love: This coastal-style residence combines elegance and luxury to offer its inhabitants the feeling of resort-style living. This home’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle has been done to perfection, with a covered kitchen, dining and living area, and sumptuous swimming pool and spa along with a shuffle board court. We are especially loving the clean and classic look of the kitchen, with its white cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and exquisite backsplash.

Above: The white oak wood floors were sourced from Modern Tile & Carpet. This same wood was repeated in the ceiling detail, creating a relaxed and casual touch of sophistication.
