This Mediterranean style dream home was designed by LF91 Architecture, located just a few meters from the sea in an exclusive neighborhood in the north of Mallorca. The architects took care in giving this project life, preserving the Mediterranean essence of the area, while giving strength to a modern and different style, so that its owners can enjoy this second residence on the island.
From the outside harmonic and geometrical lines can be seen in its facade, with neutral tones and sandy colors, which are combined with spacious terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. An infinity pool and luxurious outdoor furnishings are intended for enjoying the best of summer days.

Note: Take a look at a couple of other incredible home tours that we have featured here on One Kindesign from the portfolio of the architects of this home, LF91 Architecture: Crumbling old manor house in Mallorca becomes idyllic retreat and Gorgeous summer house blurs indoor-outdoor boundaries in Mallorca.
Inside, diaphanous and clean spaces combined with warm furniture and neutral colors are found, with the exception of the sideboard and pieces of art that accompany the decoration, which breaks the line and adds a touch of color to the rest of the house.
This project, containing natural Zarci stone and Iroko wood, has been perfectly integrated into its surroundings without leaving anyone who observes it indifferently, both for its exterior architecture, as much as for the great interior design work that the architects has carried from beginning to end.
