What We Love: This Mediterranean modern home offers delightful design features throughout its radiant living spaces. The striking kitchen features beautiful material selections with a large island that is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Reclaimed wood beams on the ceiling adds inviting warmth, along with the light wood flooring. Outdoor patios and balconies create a seamless connection between indoors and out, promoting a quintessential California lifestyle.

The exquisite flooring is custom European white oak. It is custom milled to 11” wide, imported from Europe. They are 11″ wide double smoked white oak, procured from Wood Concepts in Los Angeles. The ceiling beams are approximately 12” wide x 6” high installed flat. They are reclaimed/ distressed beams.
