Modern french country home offers breathtaking interiors in Calgary

Trickle Creek Designer Homes designed and built this stunning modern french country home located in Altadore, a residential neighborhood in the southwest of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The overall design of this home is best described as quiet, timeless, eclectic and brimming with personality.

“Skilled at being effortless, this home has a certain “je ne sais quoi” about it. The French “je ne sais quoi” is about the attitude, but more tangibly, it’s about the details; whether that’s beautiful art, pops of color, or just beautiful materials. While you try to pinpoint what about this home is making you so happy, it’s crafting a clean, beautiful, sophisticated canvas, and cooking Thanksgiving dinner for the family,” states the architect.

What We Love: The overall atmosphere of the modern french country home is simply incredible. With showstopping living spaces beginning at the front entryway, each space seems to effortlessly flow from one to the next. The interiors are warm, inviting and comfortable for family living yet sophisticated enough to entertain guests in style. We are especially loving the master bedroom suite, an idyllic retreat at the end of a long day!

This house is absolutely gorgeous, right down to every detail. Can you share the overall height and width of the pantry wall?

This home is nothing short of stunning with easy flowing design and style that is simple but effective making it conducive to a relaxed Family lifestyle and the kitchen is a dream. If it was mine I’d put an armoire in the entrance for coats and boots, change the beds in the kids room to more comfortable twins with storage underneath and luxurious linen then remove the artwork in the dining area because it detracts from the beautiful stone wall and view out of the big picture window.
