Vertical Arts Architecture, completed this contemporary mountain home in the Fall of 2015, located in the unique community of Perry Park Ranch, in Larkspur, Colorado. This spectacular residence features the Pike National Forest as its backdrop, offering a relaxed atmosphere in a remote Colorado mountain setting. Here you will find Ponderosa pines, Douglas fir and Cottonwoods, a tranquil place for those who have an affinity for nature. You will also find Lake Wauconda as an nearby attraction, as well as walking trails and plenty of other recreational activities.
The residence is perched on a picturesque knoll, where the design of the home was maximized to take advantage of the surrounding views. The homeowners, in collaboration with the design team, paid attention to every detail throughout the home. The exterior facade features flat roofs, stone clad walls and extensive windows. Meanwhile, the interiors showcase exposed steel beams, concrete form walls, and expansive views through its top of the line windows.
The interior living spaces are just as well-imagined as the exterior, boasting an exquisite kitchen and living room. Additionally, the home features luxurious living quarters with plenty of space for visitors to this ranch home. Blending modern and comfortable, the home envelopes an outdoor courtyard, hosting a swimming pool, hot tub, and a greenhouse for the homeowners to enjoy.
What We Love: This stunning mountain home offers fabulous views of the surrounding mountain range from almost every angle. We love how the design of this home is modern with clean lines yet has a cozy warmth added to it through the use of stone and hardwood flooring. We could sit in the comfortable living room all day being mesmerized by the fireplace and those views… how about you?
