This mountain contemporary home was custom designed by Berglund Architects in collaboration with Sarah Carr Design, located in Vail, Colorado. This sumptuous pad consists of 10,232 square feet of living space with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. You will find that the design standards for this home were nothing but luxe—in quality, detail and design. The exterior facade of the residence showcases material elements of copper, stone and European reclaimed wood.
Luxury amenities for this striking dwelling includes: an electric car charging station, indoor basketball court, gym, home automation, high-end finishes, “Trufig” wiring and lighting controls. Outdoors you will find an expansive swimming pool and several outdoor fire pits, which makes this mountain home the ultimate in entertaining.
Side Note: According to the home builders, RA Nelson, “this home was constructed on a fast track process that took just 14 months to complete. Which is thirty-percent faster than a home of this size and detail normally would have taken.”
In the grand entryway, you are greeted by a dramatic floating steel staircase with a glass railing.
What We Love: This mountain contemporary home is full of luxury features that are as beautiful to look at as they are to enjoy. A home that is perfect for entertaining, an open layout and indoor-outdoor connection helps to facilitate a harmonious flow from one space to the next. We love the ceiling details, roaring fireplaces (indoors and out) and plush furnishings that invite you to curl up. Wood flooring provides warmth to the main living spaces and expansive windows invites nature inside.
