The architects are designing 150 homes in an array of styles, beginning with penthouse apartments sprawled out around the marina. Personalized signature villas will be seen dotted around the hillsides and sandy beaches of the island. All will be designed in the finest of architectural craftsmanship with luxury appointed interiors, offering spacious outdoor living and entertaining areas with sumptuous swimming pools.
