The dwelling is surrounded by rolling hills, ancient olive trees, and trullo cones dotting the landscape.

The property encompasses a main building, a separate guest villa, two gazebos, and an outdoor pizza oven. All these structures feature pale limestone brick exteriors, traditional stone terracing, and reclaimed antico terracotta floor tiles, complemented by lime-washed white walls and rich timber accents.
