What We Love: This beautiful Minnesota dream house has wonderful style and craftsmanship throughout. We are loving all of the attention to the small details, from the window in the pantry looking into the athletic court to the sliding glass and metal door in the study. Overall, the project team did a wonderful job of designing a modern home that feels warm and inviting for everyday living and entertaining.

There are four bedrooms upstairs including a luxurious owner’s suite with a vaulted beamed ceiling along with a well-appointed bathroom that offers a free-standing tub, walk-in shower, separate vanities, and a generous walk-in closet with a large center island. Upstairs you will also find a spacious bonus room with a vaulted ceiling.
The lower level is an entertainers delight that features a wet bar, island-style seating, a recreation room, game area, and athletic court, along with the fifth bedroom and bath.
High-quality materials and detailing are consistent throughout the home including this lower level. Custom white oak wood detailing can be found on the bar ceiling and media accent wall. The built-in shelving and storage are also a nice way to add warmth to your lower-level space.
